ORDERING POLICIES

Morph Mindsets DOES NOT accept returns. Reports of sizing errors made by Morph Mindsets must be made within 3 days of the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out.

EXCHANGES are not accepted. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

DISCOUNT CODES

Morph Mindsets is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 

SHIPPING

Orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive if they are a preorder. Most orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

Shipping rates are flat for all domestic and international orders.

Morph Mindsets is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we no longer have access to it. Morph Mindsets in unable to replace items lost by the carrier or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.

Major holidays will increase our shipping time.

 

==> Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. 

  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time for in stock items will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country.  For pre-ordered items, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipment in addition to the 10-15 days mentioned above. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
