When do orders get shipped with tracking numbers? 

After an order is placed, if it is pre-made, please allow our team to ship it out within 2-3 business days.

How do Pre orders work?

Pre-order is ordering an item of merchandise prior to it being available, with an understanding that it will be shipped later. Pre-order items are labeled within the merchandise's description. If you order a pre-order item with a non pre-order item, they will be shipped out together. Please keep in mind that pre-orders take 5-7 weeks to be shipped out.

You will be charged at the time of checkout for the order to be successfully placed. There will be NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS for preorders.

Tracking numbers

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to the email on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS and typically take 3-4 business days to arrive to your door, depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not responsible for USPS deliveries. Any delivery issues with USPS must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier.

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
